1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all purchases made on the Warfuck Official Store website by consumers located worldwide. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products

Warfuck offers merchandise including CDs, vinyl records, T-shirts, and other related items. All product descriptions, photos, and prices are provided with care. Slight variations may occur, particularly for handmade or limited-edition items.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and delivery method. Additional customs duties or taxes for non-EU orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Order Process

1. Select your items and add them to the cart.
2. Provide accurate personal and payment information.
3. Confirm your order after reviewing the summary.
4. Payment is securely processed at the time of order placement.

A confirmation email will be sent immediately. Warfuck reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, such as suspected fraud or unavailability.

5. Payment

Payments are accepted via online paiement. Transactions are secured using encryption technology. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 7-15 days after confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Warfuck is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Retour et Remboursement)

In accordance with French law (Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right:

1. Notify us via email at contact@wrfck.com with your order details.
2. Return the items in their original condition within 14 days at your expense to Matthieu Gamet

Refunds (excluding return shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: Personalized or unsealed media (e.g., opened CDs or vinyl) are non-refundable.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Data Protection

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may seek mediation in accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code or file a claim through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
